Adheres powder to nail.

Extra thin consistency for thinner, smoother application and more vibrant color.

Works best with 2Guys Dipping Activator.

The thin consistency makes such a difference — no gloopy mess and my color goes on way smoother than the base I used before. Adheres the powder well and I've had zero lifting after a week.
